The Career Pathways Initiative started in 2017 as a way to connect Oak Ridge High School students with semester-long employment where they learn real-life job skills, earn a paycheck, and make a difference in their community. Each job placement is the result of a partnership with a local nonprofit organization. Students are recommended by their guidance counselor to participate in this life-changing program.
