Provides training, technical assistance, and advocacy to families. Offers assistance with commodities (bimonthly-qualify by income) that serves low income (125% poverty guidelines) residents of Anderson County. The food pantry serves low income residents of Anderson County.

Free, confidential crisis intervention counseling, advocacy, and support for child and adult victims of sexual assault, sexual abuse, and family violence. Offers education and prevention programs. Victims of Crime Advocacy (VOCA): In conjunction with the Sexual Assault Center of East TN.
