What We Do
Our work is guided by core principles that shape every decision and action we take:
Our Impact, Transparency, and Accountability
We are deeply committed to transparency, integrity, and accountability in everything we do. The funds we raise stay in our local community, supporting the programs and services that help individuals and families thrive.
We recognize that achieving meaningful, lasting impact requires more than goodwill—it requires the tools, talent, and infrastructure to do the work well. Our funding allows us to serve our community nonprofits, provide support and resources to new and developing organizations as well as community grants for partners based upon the most critical needs identified in our community needs asssessment.
Our funding decisions are guided by a community-led panel review process that ensures resources are allocated with care and purpose. Annual independent audits and publicly available financial documents further reflect our commitment to responsible stewardship.
