Dignity Through Access

Project Period is a local initiative working to end period poverty in Anderson, Campbell, Scott, and Morgan Counties by providing access to essential menstrual hygiene products. Through donations and community partnerships, we collect and distribute period packs—filled with tampons, pads, wipes, chocolate, underwear, and more—to students who need them most.

What’s often seen as a private issue becomes a public barrier when students don’t have access to basic menstrual supplies. For many, a period means missed days of school, embarrassment, and stress. Project Period exists to break that cycle—with compassion, dignity, and a commitment to meeting this very real, often overlooked need.
