Do you want to better understand the needs of the Anderson County community? Come this upcoming Thursday (November 18, 2021) to the United Way of Anderson County’s Mid Campaign Event. Drop in between 4:30 and 7 pm for some light refreshments and interactive displays outlining the challenges many of our clients face. 

Each fall, the United Way of Anderson County, raises funds to support more than 40 partner agencies through the upcoming year. The grant award process is competitive and run completely by community volunteers. The goal of the campaign this year is to raise a little over a million dollars to ensure funding levels remain stable during this continuingly challenging time. In addition to community grants, United Way runs several initiatives to help fill gaps identified through partner agencies. 

To celebrate being midway through this campaign season, we would like to invite all community members to visit our building for general updates, a tour of the space, hear stories of those who have been served, and the many goals for the upcoming year. We look forward to seeing you!
